Display preferences

Your selected light or dark theme is stored in your browser’s Local Storage as ip24-theme until you clear the storage. It serves only your chosen display preference and our page code does not transmit it to an analytics service. The language follows the page URL.

External and affiliate links

The website includes affiliate or referral links to 1&1, Starlink and lima-city. Clicking passes a partner identifier to the provider. Its privacy information and consent requests then apply. Qualifying orders may earn the site operator a reward. Our page code does not embed external analytics, webfonts or videos.

Email enquiries

Your email address, message and any attachments are processed to handle your enquiry. The basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Article 6(1)(f). Correspondence is deleted when resolved unless legal retention requirements or continuing legitimate grounds apply.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Contact the email address above. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including LfDI Baden-Württemberg.

A manually chosen language is stored in Local Storage as ip24-language and takes priority when you next open the root address. Otherwise, preferred browser languages determine one of the ten available languages, with English as the fallback. No location request is made. Clear browser storage to remove the preference.
